The back, neck and shoulder massage was excellent.
Personally I don't feel the salon has curb appeal- lots of paper adverts in the window. So much so I was confused about offers that I may consider.
It would be nice if there could be fewer offers and clearly laid out, rather than lots of pieces of paper, which make it look confusing and does not look nice from street.
However massage was very good and really experienced.

Appointment was 30 minutes delayed but I got a call and text message about the delay beforehand. It seems the previous client was late and they didn't want to send the client back. Extremely convenient for parking at Waitrose carpark at Aragon road and easy to get directions from their website. Especially I got my parking refund. Aplona is professional and welcoming. My treatment room was very big and clean. Highly recommended.
I got a facial and Swedish massage deal from Groupon and I paid £31. I cannot begin to argue on the value for money. The facial is very thorough, inclusive of intense steaming, skin clear up, scrubbing and mask. It’s not the most luxurious facial but it absolutely is effective and great value.
The Swedish massage was really very good. The pressure was spot-on from the get go and I felt much relieved and rejuvenated afterwards.
Both Amal and Farima were welcoming and friendly!
