Very happy with both facial and massage, will definitely make it a regular treat for myself.
One thing was missing, that was the fact spa fragrance in the air, which to me is part of the experience. There was none.
Also I did find when having back massage the hole/gap for face, dug into my cheek bones and left markings.which was quite uncomfortable .
Nice relaxing facial and back neck and shoulder massage. They do lots of other treatments as well. Very relaxed afterwards.
