The therapist did not use a towel to cover my modesty and also after saying less pressure multiple times she would adjust then go back to it being painful. I wouldn't waste your time here.
Someone told me that I should go for a female masseuse in this place and I did and was very pleased. Farima was very caring and experienced even though it was her last appointment and she looked tired. I will go there again.
Sylvia the hairdresser was very welcoming, made me feel very relaxed and did a good job of my hair.
The manager who makes the bookings (and made mistakes, cancelled appointments, kept chasing to see if I was going to turn up and then chased me for a code I'd already given him) - made it an unpleasant experience and I've cancelled having highlights done.
Massage was good, facial was ok… the scraping tool wasn’t the most pleasant… never had this done before when having a facial. In order to get full stars. I would introduce some candles / defuser, newer towels, floor mats were not very clean. But the therapist was good 👍
I went in for a facial with Amal and I loved it. She was very professional and would communicate and explain to me what she was going to do. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. My skin felt great after and I would for sure go back with Jaks Beauty again.
