I returned to this salon after an excellent massage by Alex a couple of months ago. This time around was the worst massage I have ever had. Aplona was unfriendly and unprofessional. Too much oil and did not ask about pressure or problem areas. Did not feel for knots and was just gliding her hands up and down my back and shoulders. The worst was the head ‘massage’ which resulted in excruciating pain and marks on my face from the downward force and her long nails repeatedly scratched my skin.
