I've never left a bad review before and feel terrible for doing but.. I had my hair cut BEFORE foils put in, Assumed she'd tidy the cut after? I had about 6 inches cut off. This took about 3 min! Nope! Fortunately as I wanted it a little shorter I've some hair left for another hairdresser to fix. She took over 2.5 hrs to put foils in and when she'd ONLY just put foils on top started taking out the back ones. So the back on 2.5 top 15 min. also bleach patches where not reached the roots. Awful
I was there for a 90 minute massage and facial. Wow, apparently 90 minutes is 80 minutes at JAKS!
And apparently at JAKS your arms are actually part of your your back neck and shoulders!
And for 15 minutes of the facial a mask is applied and you’re left to lie there. Here’s a thought - massage therapist asks then!
Not great. Won’t be going back.
Would highly recommend Sylvia. She was professional, friendly, and a great hair stylists I love my balayage.
A part from postponing the appointment because they didn't save the first booking, the experience itself was great.
