I had great difficulty booking, the mobile number given out never answered and when I text to ask for a call to discuss dates the reply was 'I'm in a meeting' and never called back. Since booking, I have been inundated with emails and texts changing the timings and service offered. I took an email confirmation which I printed - then when I left the reception lady asked me for another £12 All very confusing! The therapists were very good.

Amazing massage; Alex was a well skills and very knowledgeable therapist. Cannot recommend this service enough. Asked medical questions as standard but ensured message complied with issues throughout, checking regularly in a none-disruptive manner. Ambience was great and techniques used were excellent. Went above and beyond what package was offered
