I had a wowcher deal for half head highlights cut and blow dry unfortunately it looked like the manager double booked my appointment and the other customer had to wait 2 hours to be seen. The highlights look terrible I have 2 different colours on my roots and ends and the hair cut lasted 2 minutes. Ive never had a hair cut that just does the back bit and doesnt check the length or even touch the fringe. The staff were friendly but the end result not great.

Great value for the Wowcher package. Massage was nice, right amount of pressure applied. Could have focused bit more on neck and shoulders. Facial was nice too. Only negative was that the treatment room wasn't very warm. Perhaps because I was the first customer of the day and room was still warming up?

The room was freezing with only a towel to cover myself, the oil was cold pored straight onto the body. She only did my back and that is not where I asked her to focus. Pressure was insufficient. I felt my facial was done with a wet fish. Sorry but it was an awful experience and whilst I was grateful my voucher was extended beyond the expiry date I was very disappointed. I have had several massages and facials and I will not be returning. Sahar was a lovely lady but lacks experience. Sorry
