The salon is wheelchair accessible. There is a small lip at the entrance but Jair helped me and it wasn’t so hard to get in. There isn’t a wheelchair accessible toilet. He was gentle with my curly and thick hair and made the experience very easy for me. The chairs were wide and comfortable. I wore a KN95 mask the whole time, and I wasn’t made to feel any negative way about it. I also used my ipad and airpods which wasn’t a problem.
