Very disappointed with my cut. I was very explicit that I wanted very little take off the ends, but several inches were taken off so it is now basically shoulder length. It seemed like the hairdresser had an idea of what my hair should be and kept saying how much better it looked which I went along with. I had said a few times before we started that I’d had a bad experience of too much being cut before. I left without getting it styled fully . I am gutted, and there is nothing I can do but wait
