First visit to salon. Very happy with colour they chose and the results. Only negative - didn't ask how hair should be styled when blow-drying and clearly hadn't observed what it was like when I arrived.

I had a lovely experience there.
The manager and Anna who did my hair were very kind and really understood my requirements.
I had highlights and lowlights with any extra charge, which is really rare in London although as the manager honestly told me, it is the same process as we all know.
The place was quiet with some nice music on so I could work while having my hair done.
My cut was simple but neat with a great blowdry.
Highly recommended Colombian staff ;-)
