The hairdresser was nice enough to talk to but cut layers into my hair without telling me - I had mentioned that I was trying to grow my hair out long. These layers will now set me back. Also parted my hair to side without asking, I prefer centre part when cutting. No head massage when shampooing, no tea/coffee or even water. Hairdresser accidentally brushed my eye twice with bristle brush while blow drying, once quite hard, luckily my eyes were closed. Not sure if he even realised, little bit careless. Blowdry itself was good, better than the cut. Atmosphere was relaxed and very good music. Overall average but could improve significantly with some effort.
