The salon was quiet and clean, with just one nail technician, who was very sweet but spoke almost no English; however, the salon owner translated efficiently to ensure I got the shape I wanted. Additionally, the range of colours isn’t great, and a poorly positioned light over the nail table meant that a colour that looked red in the bottle has come out bright pink on me, which I wasn’t after at all! She also seemed to struggle a little with handling my short nails, leaving some ragged bits under the free edge that I’ve had to file away myself at home. They just seem more comfortable with hair here, but in a pinch, I’d probably come back as it’s reasonably priced for the service you get!

I was disappointed that I wasn't once offered a drink, even water. I wasn't offered magazines and there was no massage when my hair was washed. Treatwell said that you have to pay in cash but they do take cards. I asked for a receipt but couldn't give me one. The cut and blow dry were fine but I didn't leave feeling special or pampered.

This is my second time having a haircut and blow dry with Jair, and I always leave feeling happy with the result and thinking its great value for money. I would definitively recommend It to everyone

Worst waxing experience I have ever had. I arrived with hair and left with blood. It was far too expensive for a strip wax. Staff only speaks Spanish. They also don't take card. I was in pain for days.
