I had to pay an additional £43 for a root touch up (colour)? When I have already booked an offer of Full head of Highlights includes haircut & blowdry. To be honest, I felt robbed that this root touch up was not mentioned anywhere, no small prints. I thought the whole point of a Full head highlights starts from the roots? I am very disappointed and will not be coming back here again. The colour was way too bright and instead they dyed my hair ginger/old looking. I walked out feeling quite upset.

Loved the whole experience - the salon was relaxed and comfortable, staff were friendly and welcoming, and I felt safe in Diana’s hands as she clearly knew what she was doing! I love the result and will definitely rebook here in future.
