I booked a wash and cut with Jair however when I arrived I had a female hairdresser assigned to cut my hair. She was very quiet but listened to what I wanted and gave me a good trim and fringe trim. I was unable to book a blow dry as part of the appointment online and wasn't expecting one. The hairdresser proceeded to blow dry my hair poker straight without asking me and then charged me another £7 for this. Would have preferred to be asked this first therefore giving 4 stars and not 5.
