Amazing, very welcoming! Elkin is just perfect, understands really well what you want, and has a great technique. I came in feeling a bit rubbish and I got out with a beautiful haircut and a big smile on my face !

I had a blow dry, this is usually enough to last a couple of days but to add a more lasting style you could always request just a once over with the straightening irons.
