I asked for “3-4 inches” cut off my hair, without exaggerating about 8 inches were cut. I was so shocked and cannot believe how the stylist misunderstood me so badly. I’ve had my hair done here many times before with no problems and even recommended it to my family, but this last trip was by far the worst experience ive ever had at a salon. Be very careful and make sure you can see how much they are cutting, I couldnt see how much he was taking off and I wish I had double checked.
