Jaga is absolutely lovely and was very very welcoming and attentive. I have absolutely no complaints about her! However, my lash lift was practically non- existent. She made comments about my eyelashes being especially thick and therefore difficult to perm, however i have had previous lash lifts turn out perfectly. i was quite upset and disappointed to leave the appointment with essentially the same lashes as when i walked in. That being said, Jaga is truly a wonderful beautician.
