The staff didn't know how to blow dry properly. My hair was still damp and one girl started and just walked off and left it to the other girl when I told her it wasn't smooth enough. She was rolling my hair up in a metal brush and holding the dryer directly onto it. This is damaging to the hair. And just lazy. The end result was not good. She insisted it was dry but I couldn't even get my fingers through it!! For £25 I am disappointed.
