Probably the most amateur hair wash I've ever received! Soapy water was splashed all over my face and clothes with no apology given. The blowdry turned out looking great but the process to get there was painful, I nearly had hair ripped out of my scalp with how hard the stylist was pulling my hair. I'd still come back to the establishment though because I've always had a good experience with other stylists. Maybe just an off day for this particular stylist, but it seems like she's very very new to hair.
