I was not expecting the hairdresser to be in a house, but the facilities and equipment were up to the standard of a normal hairdresser. Jade was friendly and made sure I was comfortable, and I was pleased with the end result.

I never ever complain, but after crying all the way home I think I'd better leave a review. All I asked for was an inch off my hair and I came out with the shortest of bobs. After getting home I've realised that it is all different lengths, completely uneven. Probably because it was in a dark room with the blinds closed. Jade was very sweet but the haircut itself is awful. I've cried plenty of times since as I now hardly have any hair left and what I do have is all over the place and different lengths.
