Jade was very friendly and lovely, she had a set up in her home which was okay and good for the price she offers.
Unfortunately my ballayage was a lot higher than I would have liked and made me look like I had tried to go full blonde. She did however offer to fix this free of charge after I emailed that I wasn’t happy with it - good customer service! And the cut she gave me was great, made my hair seem a lot healthier.

I loved having my hair cut and bleached by Jade, she replied to my enquiry quickly, and when I arrived at her place she made me feel at home. The finish results were amazing, I was so pleased with her work. She worked very swiftly and precisely, and it was also lovely to chat to her. Will definitely go back to jade!
