I went to get my copper/ginger balayage re-done and my roots were showing. It finished being more red than I imagined, probably due to me not explaining properly as to what shade I wanted ('red' has a huge scale!). Jade kindly offered to correct this for free and I came back a week later. The finished product was what I imagined and turned out gorgeous. Thanks Jade

Jade is a lovely person but I wasn't expecting it to be a home salon, washes done in the kitchen sink, rabbit running around and smell of smoke. She cut my wavy hair by hacking at it with thinning sheers, I just wanted out so left as soon as I could. Perhaps Jade has more experience with straight hair.
