From the moment I booked my appointment it was all good. The salon was clean and kitted out perfectly for the covid restrictions. Jade is very friendless and pit's you at ease. The cut was perfect for me and the price was brilliant.
I would highly recommend this salon to anyone.

I visited Jade for a dark purple balayage and a haircut. I left with a result that was too light for my liking and a haircut that probably lasted 15 minutes.
Less than a week later and after washing it just twice with a shampoo specifically for coloured hair, my hair started to turn a horrible orange brass colour. I got in touch with jade and sent her pictures and her response was ‘what have you done to your hair’ instead of trying to be helpful or trying to fix it. Clearly she had put it some
