Second time I've had the Lymphatic Drainage massage
I've never had a Lymphatic Drainage massage before this one, so I don't have anything to compare it to, but what I can say is that this is an incredible massage that leaves you feeling really great head to toe.
I do feel like it helps 'clear your system' so to speak so is good for getting muscle soreness or congestion or idk if you're feeling a bit stuck to just reset
