Dissapointed - would not recommend. The hairdresser began by arguing with me about the length of hair to be taken off. She then cut 3 more inches off than agreed before trapping my hair in the back on the hairdryer - which she ripped out.

A wonderful choice of colours and extremely quick treatment. I'll definitely go back the next time I'm around oxford street.
