I had a wonderful experience here from start to finish. Diera was lovely and did a brilliant job on my hair. I would definitely recommend Jade Angel to others.
Although the quality of the actual manicure was pretty good, the overall experience was not. I arrived 15 mins early and was taken to start my appointment by the removal of the gels I had on. I was then left for 45 mins in the chair until a further member of staff came to actually complete the manicure. There were no apologies and as I had paid in advance I didn't want to walk out. The most frustrating part was that there were numerous members of staff standing around doing nothing so I'm not sure why they couldn't start my treatment. Surely it's best practice to offer an apology when you are running so behind. Disappointed as it's such a handy location for my new job, but won't be returning.
Literally my favourite place to get my nails done - Simona is the best. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
