Booked a wash, cut and blow dry, chose long hair out of the short/medium/long options I was given because I thought my hair would fall more on the long price scale. The experience was lovely, Deira was really nice and accommodating. So far a good experience of my first Treatwell experiece. I told Deira I didn't want my hair to be too short but it was shorter than I would have liked, however it was nice so not the worst thing to happen to me. What was really disappointing was thinking I had paid the full amount but being stopped on my way out and told I was required to pay and extra £10 because my hair was "too long". I don't particularly think this is true but would have appreciated it I was notified about this extra charge beforehand. A nice experience overall, just ended on a poor note sadly.

Sarah was efficient, chatty and professional and my wax was one of the most painless experiences I've had recently!
Nice salon but I asked the hairdresser to take the weight out of my hair a few times but she just cut the ends. Went back to another hairdresser in Chiswick a week later to fix it. sorry, don't usually leave bad reviews but wasn't happy with it.
The beautician was lovely and very chatty and friendly. They had baby wipes and a few other thoughtful things that other salons often do not have. It was good value as a first customer with the deal, but usual price is just too much.
