I was impressed by Maja, she was very good and professional.
To be improved would be managing delays, I had to wait a while to be seen and then it was rushed as the next clients were also waiting. Maybe longer time slots need to be allocated to each client.

Extensions broke and cracked within days and Pedicure wasn't cured properly so returned to fix but unfortunately same thing happened again.
The girl on the phone suggested it must be my fault and not their cheap product - I've worn CND hard gel extensions for years and never have they just snapped off left right and centre.
They wanted me to book in again but I haven't got time to travel back n forth to the city, sit in a nail salon for hours and receive the same faulty product and botch service as before - they flat out refused to refund the £112 I paid. Useless, waste of time and robbed of my money.
I should of walked in the first instance when another customer came in with broken extensions too.

My haircut was amazing, and Deira who did it was fantastic, she spent ages discussing what I needed and then did a really good cut. She was really lovely, but she's far too good to be in a salon that was not v clean and was messy. There were hair cuttings on every surface and loads of things (nail varnish, hairbrushes etc) just everywhere. When I first walked in I was tempted to just leave even though I would lose the money I had already paid.
