Although the quality of the actual manicure was pretty good, the overall experience was not. I arrived 15 mins early and was taken to start my appointment by the removal of the gels I had on. I was then left for 45 mins in the chair until a further member of staff came to actually complete the manicure. There were no apologies and as I had paid in advance I didn't want to walk out. The most frustrating part was that there were numerous members of staff standing around doing nothing so I'm not sure why they couldn't start my treatment. Surely it's best practice to offer an apology when you are running so behind. Disappointed as it's such a handy location for my new job, but won't be returning.

The staff here were professional and the salon was very clean. They could have spent a little longer on the nails, I felt like it was a rushed job but other than that very enjoyable visit.
