Great wax here. Didnt miss any hair which I have had a problem with at other salons. Nice staff who were chatty and friendly. Definitely be back. So easy to get to. Literally on Oxford Street!

The girl, who did the gel removal and nails was nice. But other staff and administrator were really rude - they were trying to say that my choice of gel nails is not good and they will do something what I will like. Finally, they decided to do shellac for me and it was cracking all over my nails just next day! I was hocked, coz I thought it will last up to 1 week at least. But it was done within few days :( Also, the description was very confusing. And the main thing I waited almost 40 minutes for my turn! I was too late to my party after that. Never ever again. Do not recommend it.
