Lovely salon but the worst wax I have ever had - painful, slow and very sore. Unfortunately won’t be going back despite being a stones throw away from my work.
Always a brilliant manicure here, but it can feel a bit chaotic. Their computer system seems to play up frequently, and I've had appointments go way, way over time because the system is causing difficulties with their schedule and/or staff members are preoccupied with dealing with it. A great place for top-notch nails, but if you need your appointment to be bang on time (starting and finishing), not always reliable.

Booked a Hollywood Wax with Sarah and it was as great as a wax can be! She immediately put me at ease, was very thorough and chatty and it was all done quite quickly!
