I had bought a voucher for an express mani and pedi but didn't bring my flip flops (as requested by the salon) for my appointment because of a) the freezing cold weather and b) I thought that my feet would be dry by the time by manicure was done. I was advised by Jade (the nail technician) that 15 minutes would not be enough time for my polish to dry so upgraded me to a luxury manicure instead.
I was VERY pleased at this and she did an amazing job! She's very friendly and thorough. I loved the way my hands looked and felt after she has finished with me. She even helped me put my coat on after the treatment so my nails didn't smudge. I'd definitely go back again. Highly recommended.
This was my first to Retreat at Czaro and I was very pleased. I had a back, shoulder and neck massage yesterday with Hannah (30 mins) during my lunch break.
On arriving i was greeted warmly and was offerred a glass of water
When I met Hannah, my therapist for my treatment, she asked me how i would like my massage - I asked for a firm massage.
It was excellent - Hannah worked on the vast amounts of knots in my neck and shoulders and i came away feeling a lot better.
The place was clean and the staff very professional. I loved my Back, Shoulder and Neck massage and wished i had booked longer! I would highly recommend The Treatment Rooms.
If only I could afford it I would have this treatment more often.

Great location, easy to book, very friendly staff. Clean and bright facilities and the treatment itself was perfect and quick - just what I wanted! Relaxing, despite the possibility of it being uncomfortable! Will definitely be back.

Very happy with the waxing by friendly and knowledgeable therapist, Hannah. I bought the 30 minutes of waxing and it was excellent value. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would recommend to others.

The location was easy to find and once downstairs it was quiet and relaxing. The massage was really good, and the therapist very thoroughly helped to ease the tension in my shoulders and neck. She didn't check whether I had any medical conditions etc but as I did not have any, this was not a huge concern for me.
