Due to a bout of food poisoning I was unable to attend this appointment. The therapist was not able to offer rescheduling because it was less than 24 hours notice, which was a pity, as food poisoning was clearly not my fault. However, I have been before, and the gel nails are excellent.

Another wonderful visit to Hannah and The Retreat at Czaro. This time it was a facial with body massage, just great. Hannah listens and cares. Face very soft this morning. I'll definitely be booking another one soon!

Excellent experience, Highly recommended. Really lovely venue. Attentive therapist. Great location close to Oxford Circus. Gorgeous products. Well worth going to. Don't hesitate, book a treatment, you won't regret it.
