i have already recommended this salon to my friends as I got so many comments about how natural it looked! My therapist was lovely and my tan stayed for ages after!
The saloon is underneath the hair studio but looks nice and has everything you need. Although they were running a bit late the staff were so friendly I didn't even notice. The staff are amazing you feel so comfortable. Also my gel nails looks great! I would go back and would recommend to everyone.
My second visit to Czaro - this salon consistently lives up to the high standard of reviews they keep getting from their customers. I booked the £30 facial (Mon-Fri) deal a few days before I was due to go on holiday to help me unwind. The salon has changed it's look since my last visit - they have added more nail technician desks and moved the reception area as well. They are definitely making use of the space them have. I love the candles they have, really adds to the ambiance.
My therapist was Gabriella (I would just like to correct myself on my last review - I believe I put down Gabriella's name, but actually it was Anastasia I saw. She has since left.) Anyway, Gabriella was lovely and friendly and fun. She asked me what I wanted to get out of my treatment and made a massive effort to get me relaxed. it definitely worked as I was starting to fall asleep towards the end! The massage bed was also really comfortable, again something they have taken the time to get right for customers. (I've been on some really uncomfortable beds before). So this is appreciated. Part of the facial was a shoulder/neck massage which was nice. But I have to say it was a mini head massage that totally zoned me out!
Overall, this place has fast become my new favourite salon in London and I would recommend to anyone. Looking forward to getting my nails done at some point soon too!

it was good, but Jade was very busy picking up the phone, talking to clients etc whilst doing my nails.
I really enjoyed my facial at the salon and I think the staff were very friendly and knowledgable. I will go back again for a full facial as I really enjoyed the head massage and cleansing.
