I have lived in 4 different countries and have been getting my nails done every month for the last five years at various different salons. Jade is the best one I have ever gone to!
She uses high quality material that look perfect even after 3 weeks and she knows nails! If she is unhappy about a nail (that looks perfect to you), she will do it all over again. In most cases you have to be the one to mention this, otherwise they don't bother. She is very professional.
I made the mistake of going to another salon a while ago as Jade was fully booked. I was so unhappy about my nails. Not that they didn't look good, but after 12 days it was time to make a new appointment. I never had this with Jade, hence. As long as I live in London I will never go to anyone else than Jade again.
Besides the fact that you get amazing nails, and hoops of compliments from people around you, Jade and the other people working there are so incredibly friendly, making every visit enjoyable.
Other than gel nails I have had a pedicure and a spray tan, which were also amazing!!

I love my gel nails. Jade is very experienced and excellent to get along with. She was very gentle and meticulous with her job and kept me engaged throughout. Love the whole experience and I am definitely going back. :)

I went to get eyelash extensions with Rima after reading several good reviews before I went on holiday. The experience was painless and lasted about 1hr 15. Rima was really lovely and chatty and time just flew by. I told her I didn't want mental Essex-style lashes and she gave me a set that just looked really long and lovely and natural. Loads of people commented on them. :)
Eyelash extensions are definitely for special occasions though; they fall out as your lashes do as part of their natural life cycle and they start to look a bit sparse after three weeks or so, and they do make more lashes fall out than normal. They grow back quickly though. I would definitely get these again for my next holiday.

The salon is pretty basic, in the basement of a hairdressers, and I did not get a particularly warm welcome when I arrived. However the gel manicure was good and lasted at least 2 weeks.
