Really lovely staff. Good location, good service. The gel is done really well and the staff were very helpful in explaining the process. Would definitely go back, especially as they give out loyalty cards!

I have been having Dermalogica facials at Czaro for around a year with Hannah as my therapist. On my recent visit, I was told that Hannah had left which was a little disappointing as she was good at removing milia for which you apparently need a licence. My experience this time around was quite good although I would prefer it if they had someone who was licensed in the same way as Hannah was as not many salons offer that service.

I have had several treatments there from facials with Gabriella to gel polish with Jade and Valentina. Everyone is professional and accommodating. I am disabled and the staff always take my special needs into account. Everyone is friendly without being smarmy. They are located in a hair salon but there is no noise pollution to interfere with relaxation. The treatments are conducted in a professional, low-key, friendly atmosphere. It is not a grand hotel experience but rather a welcoming community - which I prefer. Their services are top-notch, keep me looking fabulous, and I highly recommend Jade Angel without hesitation.
