I had a Hollywood Wax by Jessica and she was so friendly, speedy and still nice and thorough! Some people may find the salon a bit quiet but i found it nice and calming, considering it's just off oxford street. It was my first visit here and I'd definitely go again.

The spa was lovely and peaceful, a nice break from the hustle and bustle of Oxford St on a Saturday! Jessica was really friendly and helpful in choosing a colour for my gel nails, and she took great care over my manicure. I was very impressed and would happily recommend to a friend.

Ok, so I need to give my review about the service. I just had my Hollywood + underarm treatment and I can't be more satisfied with the experience. I don't use to rate places and to be honest I have been using Treatwell promos for a while to save some money on my waxing treatments, but I just found my perfect place to go and I will always choose Czaro to do my Hollywood waxing. The place is impeccably clean and very nice decorated, small but cozy, (I even asked about the deco because I would like to do something similar in my room!), so lovely! They made me feel so comfortable and the lady that made my Hollywood treatment couldn't be better, she was perfect, nice, professional and meticulous. I had my Hollywood + underarm hot wax with almost no pain and any little hair left! I have been doing my Hollywood for ages, but I have to say this is the best place with so much difference and I will always come back, even without a Treatwell voucher! I highly recommend this place. :)

Had hollywood wax yesterday and it was great... my therapist jessica did an amazing job... felt very relaxing..less painful and she took her time to remove every little hair possible.. would definitely come back again...
