Service here was great start to finish. Convenient location just behind Oxford street, clean and well decorated throughout and really friendly attentive employees. I had a Hollywood and the lady made me feel relaxed throughout and it hardly hurt. Would recommend to anyone.

A bit disappointed overall. The appointment was 15 minutes late as their previous client overran. I paid for a package of brazilian wax and underarm wax, the brazilian wax was good, but I still had some stray hairs left, probably because everything got a bit rushed since she started late and the next person was waiting for their appointment. I never got the underarm wax because of a mix up, even though I paid for it, the therapist said that the manager (I believe her name is Malika) would call me the following day, but I never received a call . Would probably not go back.
