First time visitor and sure willl be a regular customer. Very professional, treatment was kept pain to a minimum while being a great quality service.

They were well accommodating as I was late due to tube strike but they got confused for my 1 hour facial and did it in 45 mins. Which later they compensated by an extra 15 mins massage. But her attitude and expressions completely changed after that. I don't know if I'll go there again.

Really excellent wax, think the therapist was call Lee- so lovely and friendly made me feel really relaxed and did a brilliant job on the wax. The only down side (and its a tiny one) is the location, it's not the clearest where it is so was wondering around trying to find it, apart from that really happy and will definitely be going back. Thank you!
