It was great. The staff was very friendly and explained as I was very skeptical about the eye brow waxing. I am personally very pleased with how they did it for me. Having seen their attitude, I also chose to do the lip waxing even though I had not booked it earlier. Will recommend them to anyone.

Really nice chatty therapist. gave good aftercare advice. Was very thorough and got all of the hairs and minimised pain whilst waxing.
But jabby with the tweezers but otherwise one of the best waxes I have had in London.
Strip wax used at the top, hot wax used everywhere else.
