I was welcomed, the staff were friendly and I didn't have to wait for my turn. Unfortunately, the waxing was not thorough at all and I ended up redoing the whole thing myself, because there were too many hairs left to take with a tweezer. Lots of money out the window and unhappy skin from waxing twice. The girl who waxed me was very sweet and talkative but spent very, very little time paying attention to what she was doing - if she had, I am sure she could have done a better job. Not satisfactory.

The waxing was a bit rushed and therefore there were quite a few hairs remaining. But other than that it was fine.

I went to get a polish and had a £10 voucher as one of my previous treatments got cancelled and was given £10 off my next treatment.
To be honest I felt the atmosphere was uncomfortable as I was using a voucher especially when Jade said they wouldn't even file my nails as i am using a voucher. The price is £10 for a file, buff and polish so this shouldn't make any difference and I should not have been made to feel that way.
So I had my polish which looked great the girl did a good job but disappointed that my nails are different lengths and refused to file them.
I have come for a polish a few times here, disappointed that the service was so different walking in with a voucher. I feel that as a London salon the service should be 100% and unfortunately for me it wasn't.
