The therapist was very good, clearly well experienced and professional. The venue itself was nice, small and intimate. The only problem with the venue is that it located on the lower ground floor beneath a hair salon that closes slightly earlier. My appointment was at 19:30, and at the address I could only see a closed hair salon which led me to walk around for 10 minutes trying to find the venue! On the second time trying, my phone call was answered and someone came upstairs to unlock the door. It would have been nice if someone had warned me in advance, however this was the only minor issue with my visit.

Love my new nails. The gel polish colour selection is great and the service was perfect. Would recommend to anyone who wants to feel pampered.
