I was running late for my appointment so called ahead to let them know, the staff were very accommodating and rearranged my appointment for an hour later.
I found the location of the salon tricky to find and had to call again to find out exactly where they were... Turns out they're in the basement of a hairdressers which is fine but it would have been useful to have been given the details on Treatwell.
The salon itself was not overly clean although the staff were very friendly.
I had a gel manicure costing £45 which I don't think was very good value for money. It was quite rushed and is not as neat as other places I've had the gel done before.
Unfortunately I won't be returning.

Staff there are friendly and chatty. The price for a hot wax is a bit much - and for a hollywood hot wax you expect a full nice clean wax. But any but's left (like your bottom) you get charged extra for. The ambience is okay but for the price you pay you'd expect a nice comfortable room and not be able to hear everyone in reception. Overall the Wax was pleasant i'd just expect for the price you pay to get a proper hollywood clean wax and expected to pay extra for small bits.
