Unfortunately, the technician completely rushed through the manicure because the next client turned up 30 minutes early and sat there in a huff that she wasn't being seen to early. This was also a dry manicure that was rushed through, even though it cost as much as a luxury manicure elsewhere and which normally takes an hour. Splinters were left around my nails and the gel application is not accurate on a couple of nails. I'm disappointed as it turned out to be a stressful experience because the salon was clearly overbooked.
