The staff were very attentive in welcoming me. The salon room was tidy and clean. The stenciled quote on the wall had bad punctuation which is annoying when you're staring at it for 30 mins. The beautician was very friendly, if a little insistent of making me talk to distract from the discomfort of waxing. The treatment was fairly thorough.

The Brazilian wax was good - the venue was a little bit hard to find, but once you're there it's clean and tidy, plus the staff are friendly and efficient.
