friendly salon and stylist who made good suggestions on the cut which I am pleased with. She even asked if she may blow dry it and how I'd like that done -- then went ahead creating the straightened helmet so beloved of all hairdressers - sigh!

Prompt start with the treatment lasting exactly 45 mins as advertised - which is great for a lunchtime appointment! Good choice of nail colours and attention to detail was great.

Was kept waiting 30 mins. Charged 10 pound extra because I have long hair (this was not made obvious when booking unlike most other salons - it was in the fine print)
