Great service, really friendly and welcoming. They really listen to what you want, and make helpful suggestions. Great value too - and they're happy to give you plenty of hot tea, which is always a plus!

My hair cut was brilliant, the hairdresser gave me a high quality style bob and listened exactly to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with it :). I'd say to improve the experience at Jade angle,it just needs a friendlier welcome by the staff to make you feel comfortable and would have been nice if they offered me a drink too. This would have made more relaxed ambience also.
