A lovely clean, cosy environment. All the staff had a wonderful kind manner and offered me drinks. The products were nice, and when I had my hair washed I felt very pampered and relaxed.
The hairdresser was very gentle with my hair, which was good as my hair is quite fine and asked me lots of questions. Unfortunately when it came to the cut it wasn't the level I was expecting. The whole thing seemed to be over quite quickly and when it came to cutting my side fringe she ran the scissors across my forehead, which I have never had done to me before (I have shoulder length hair). I was worried she might trim my eyebrows. All in all it was quite plain and despite asking for layers and volume to be focused around the middle of my face my hair felt flat. Maybe there was a miscommunication as her English wasn't perfect but I thought I was clear enough. If you decide to try them I would ask for the 'Senior Director' rather than 'Style Director'.
The whole experience was good. The proceedure was very uncomfortable as the sticky protector things were not comfortable to wear and i think a small amount of product went in my eyes. When it was finished i couldn't open my eyes it was really stinging so she gave me an eye bath which really helped. I don't think i needed the tint as my lashes are already black so its just more chemicals, i feel like she should have offerend not to being the expert. The results are great and 2 weeks later my lashes still looks good but would try elsewhere next time
