I'm really happy with my nails however I think the staff are rude which is a shame. I was told not to book on Treatwell and book direct with them and had to pay more for going as a repeat customer?! My appointment was 15 minutes late and the lady walked off for 5 minutes during my manicure to answer the phone!

Charge you more if your a returning customer. Such a shame as they do a good job but don't see why I should be paying £4 more. Don't bother going after 5pm it's too busy and you feel rushed out
Super speedy shiny gel nails. The first manicure I've had in ages where my skin/cuticles haven't been left raw from filing or nipping. Fantastic service and very friendly staff. Thank you Debora!
