I had a full balayage, toner, olaplex, cut and blow dry on Sunday afternoon.
The store was calm and Masy saw me immediately, even though I arrived a little early. Thank you!
She was very considerate to my needs and wants, gave me advice and explained what she was doing at each step. Masy checked throughout the waiting period to make sure the colour was just right.
The balayage and cut are absolutely gorgeous and Masy made sure I was really happy with the new Fringe I wanted to try.
